Juan Ramon Flores
Born and raised in Seville, Spain, Mr. Flores holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from the University of Seville, Graduated in Mediation and Conflict Resolution at the Pablo Olavide University and Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of San Miguel, Mexico.
Mr. Flores joined FERYP in 2007 and was appointed as President of the FERYP Board in 2012 and is also one of the Founding members of AGORA Roma Think Tank. He has worked in different organizations such as Romani Union, Fundacion Secretariado Gitano, Kamira.
In 2012 he did an internship at the European Roma Rights Centre.
Mr Flores is also member of the Trainers' Pool of the Council of Europe.

Cristina Marian
Cristina Marian has graduated from the Facultuy of Law, Moldova State University, Chisinau and holds a master degree in Business Law at the same university.
From 2007 until 2011 she coordinated the Human Rights department at the Roma National Center from Chisinau, Moldova. During 2010-2011 Ms. Marian was a fellow within the project Capacitating Moldovan Human Rights Activists for effective Human Rights advocacy, established by the Moldova Soros Foundation and OSF Budapest, reporting the human rights infrigements towards Roma before the UN Committess. Currently, Cristina is a fellow at Open Society Initiatives -Roma Initiatives Office. Cristina joined FERYP in 2008.

Beata Bislim Olahova
Beata is from Slovakia. She was an intern for the Council of Europe at the Roma Division at the Migration in Strasbourg, she researched and drafted a comprehensive document on the status of Roma in the Slovak Republic and also worked on preparing a draft publication, which included various Council of Europe recommendations and policy guidelines on Roma.
Mrs Bislim advocated and lobbied to put the issues of Romani women onto the main list of emerging issues of the United Nations Commission on the Status of Romani women under the Beijing Platform for Action. She holds a BS/BA honors degree in Business Management at City University in Bratislava and a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Central European University's Business school in Budapest. Since 2006, Beata works at the Roma Education Fund in Budapest, as manager of the grants programme.

Michal Miko
Michal Miko was born in the Czech Republic and came from a Roma musician family from Rokycany.
From his childhood he had a very close experience with Romani culture. Michal is a high-school graduate of Social Services and now currently studying at the Charles University in Prague, major in Romani studies and Romani language.
In the meantime he works as a project coordinator at Slovo 21 and partially in the production of the World Roma Festival Khamoro. Michal just works on the educational projects for young Roma in Czech Republic. Mr. Miko was also closely cooperating with the International organizations such as World Bank, Roma Education Fund and European Roma Rights Centre as an expert for the research work.

Ramiza Sakip
Ramiza Sakip joined FERYP in 1998 and she has been a Bureau Member and treasurer of the organization from 2002-2011. From 2009-2011 she was the FERYP representative in the Advisory Council on Youth, statutory body of the CoE.
Ms Sakip graduated in 2002 with a Bachelor's degree in Education at the University Sv. Kliment Chridski of Skopje. In 1995 she participated in the Roma Access Program at the Central European University, Budapest. She also completed internships in 2006 at the European Commission and in the Council of Europe. Since 2011, Ramiza works as a trainer and delivered trainings for Roma School and Health Mediators in Macedonia as a part from the European Training Program for Roma Mediators -ROMED, an initiative of the Council of Europe.
